To guarantee rapid delivery of your order, G-BooM ecommerce relies on the best made-to-order stores with relative express couriers selected according to the destination region and the type of product.
Shipping costs are borne by G-BooM ecommerce and therefore will not be charged together with the cost of your order at the time of payment.
Nothing will be due to the courier upon delivery of your package.
ORDER PROCESSING TIMES
Orders are processed 24/7 and prepared between 9am and 5pm Monday to Friday. Orders placed after 5pm on Friday will be prepared the following Monday.
We inform you that orders from new users could exceptionally have slightly longer shipping times in case of any necessary checks on the order.
We cannot guarantee that it will be possible to change orders that have been paid for and have entered our system, as their processing is automated.

To check the information relating to an order, log in to your account and click on "My orders". Click on the order number to view its details.
You can view the status of your order from the "My Orders" section. Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number with which you can monitor and follow the status of your shipment.
Using a made-to-order process, which allows you to reduce waste and consumption, making the product at the time of the order, shipping times may vary depending on the type of product purchased, the number of products purchased and the country of destination.
Orders shipped to Italy are usually delivered within 10-15 working days.
Generally orders shipped to the rest of the European Union take around 10-15 working days.
Generally orders shipped to the rest of the world are delivered in about 15-20 working days (excluding any delays at customs).
TAXES AND CUSTOMS DUTIES
WITHIN THE EUROPEAN UNION
There are no additional costs or duties on products marketed in countries within the European Union. Customers will not have to pay anything on delivery.
Shipments to destinations outside the European Union are subject to import taxes or customs duties. These charges are exclusively borne by the recipient, who will have to pay the amount due to the shipper or to the relevant authorities. We are not responsible for customs duties, which are the responsibility of the customer.
TO THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA
Products shipped to the United States are subject to customs fees and import duties. Additionally, US Customs requires the recipient to provide a Social Security Number or Non US Citizen Import Number - CBP Customs Border Protection Assigned Number. Orders over $250 may have slightly longer customs clearance times.
FAILED CUSTOMS CLEARANCE
It is up to the customer, in order to ensure that the parcel is cleared through customs, to provide all the necessary information and/or to pay off the related taxes. If the package is not cleared through customs, it will be returned to our warehouse.
ATTENTION : if you have made a return and requested an exchange of the product originally ordered, the new shipment addressed to you could be subject to import taxes by the Customs Authorities.
