RETURN POLICY
If you have changed your mind, you can return a product within 14 days of delivery.
Returned products must not have been worn and washed or altered in any way.
Returned products must have all tags and undamaged original packaging, including the box.
You must complete the online Return Procedure through your account (see "Returns" section for more details).
If your return does not comply with our return policy it will not be possible to accept it. We will then send back the returned products without making a refund.
HOW TO REQUEST A REFUND
You can make your return within 14 days from the delivery date and receive a full refund of the price of the returned products by completing the online return procedure.
To complete the online return procedure, you will need to access your G-BooM account, click on "My orders", "Refund the product" and follow the instructions displayed until the return is correctly registered.
The "Refund the product" field only appears when the order status changes to "Delivered".
The refund will be issued after the package has been delivered to our warehouse, following the quality control of the product.
HOW TO REQUEST AN EXCHANGE
You can exchange the product within 14 days from the delivery date by completing the online procedure.
For  complete for the online exchange procedure, it will be necessary to access your G-BooM account, click on "My orders", "Change product/s" and follow the instructions displayed until the return is correctly registered.
The "Change product(s)" field only appears when the order status changes to "Delivered".
Please note: Some products are only available in one size / color / length, and cannot be exchanged. Furthermore, it is possible to request a size or color change only for the model ordered. If you wish to order a different model from the one purchased, you will need to request a refund and place a new order. If the product requested for the exchange is not available at the time the exchange is processed, we will automatically refund the product price to the payment method used initially. Your exchange will be shipped at our expense after the warehouse has received your return and carried out the quality control on the returned products.
A PROBLEM WITH THE PRODUCT RECEIVED?

RETURN SHIPPING COSTS
If you wish to make a return, the cost of returning the product to our warehouse, whether by courier or postal service, will be your responsibility. We advise you to choose a shipment that allows the traceability of the package so that you can easily monitor the status of your return, and to keep the return shipment receipt for any subsequent checks. The shipment of the new product in the event of an exchange will instead be charged to G-BooM ecommerce. Your new product will be shipped once we have received the original product and our warehouse has carried out the quality control of the returned items.
